Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channeling energy into the seven chakras. When we talk about treating chakras we are referring to treating your energetic body. The body is not only made up of the physical body, we have an energy that extends beyond our physical wellbeing.

This is a balancing treatment to harmonize the chakras. This treatment helps to clear the energy system & creates a feeling of calm, balance & centredness. Done in a lying down position.

This is an easier treatment - 5 mins with each hand covering 2 chakras makes a total treatment of 30 mins. Also a very quick & effective "pick me up" when you are feeling tired & drained.

  1. Crown & Third Eye - (2 chakras) 1 hand directly on top of the head, other hand on the forehead.
  2. Throat & Heart - (2 chakras) 1 hand on the front of the neck, other hand on the centre of the chest.
  3. Solar Plexus, Sacral & Root - (3 chakras) 1 hand on the V of the ribs (over the stomach) & the other hand in between the belly button & pelvis
